    The Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care

    The Department is conducting a pilot program until 30 June 2021 for a free trial of the Video Call service for non-government organisations to determine the effectiveness of the technology in a primary healthcare setting at no cost to the approved sites. This can be used to deliver an alternative to face-to-face consultations where the relevant service providers may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
