Organisation Reporter |

Any admin role at the organisation level that requires access to organisation reporting with regard to healthdirect Video Call. This role would not require all the other configuration tasks associated with the Org Admin role. |
Clinic Administrator (clinic admin) |

Personnel with overall responsibility for enabling patient video call access to a department/clinic of an organisation. Example Roles:

Clinic Clerk |
|
Example roles: Junior admin staff Clinicians who need to add colleagues to their team Digital project officers who do not need to access other configuration options |
Team Member (in clinic/s) |

Health service providers using Video Call to provide consultations to patients. Example Roles:

Service Referrer This role is an additional role for users who are already a team member or admin in a clinic. Service Referrers cannot access the clinic waiting area when their role is a service referrer in that clinic. |

Staff that can transfer calls into a Waiting Area from their primary Waiting Area/s. A service Referrer is already a Video Call account holder with either a Team Admin or Team Member role in their clinic. Example Roles:
